IMPORTANT: There is a Re-stocking fee on returned items not due to damage or defect. (This may be waived at times when you contact us first before returning). When in doubt, contact us first!
Availability: We keep the majority of our items IN STOCK in our retail store. We do drop ship some items directly from the manufacturer.
Returns: Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We charge a re-stocking fee to cover the cost that we pay to ship the item to you. Buyer pays return shipping. We always recommend calling or e-mailing before purchase if you are unsure about your part number. Please return items in the same type packaging as they were sent to you.
About us: We are an Authorized Distributor and Warranty Repair Center for Graco, Titan, Airlessco, Wagner, Mi-T-M, Pressure Pro, BE Pressure, AR North America (Annovi Reverberi), Honda and General Pump. We have been in business for over 12 years and have a knowledgeable repair and sales staff. Unlike many online sellers, we do stock parts at our physical store location. We know our equipment and parts and can assist you with any questions you may have.
Special Requests: Since we are an Authorized Distributor, we have a full line of parts available that are not all listed online. If you need a part you can't seem to find, please contact us. We do offer Bulk Discounts on Items.
