Shipping: See Shipping Tab for More Details. We do have free shipping offered on our entire site. It does say "Calculated at Check-Out" because you will have the option to purchase quicker shipping methods such as 2nd day air if needed. Most items are shipped USPS or UPS. If the item says Expedited shipping it will already be included in the price. You do not need to purchase expedited shipping. Just select Free Ground Shipping. Freight items do have free shipping to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock. If you do not have that, you will have to choose the Shipping Method for Liftgate Service that is an additional $50.00. This is the only situation that you have to pay shipping for items purchased on our website. If you have any questions about delivery dates, please contact us. We strive to ship all orders made before 2:00 pm EST the same day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. Your tracking id will be emailed to you. We ship to the Continental US. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are available for an extra free.
Availability: We keep the majority of our items IN STOCK in our retail store. We do drop ship some items directly from the manufacturer.
Returns: Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We charge a re-stocking fee to cover the cost that we pay to ship the item to you. Buyer pays return shipping. We always recommend calling or e-mailing before purchase if you are unsure about your part number. Please return items in the same type packaging as they were sent to you.

We have been in business for over 12 years and have a knowledgeable repair and sales staff. Unlike many online sellers, we do stock parts at our physical store location. We know our equipment and parts and can assist you with any questions you may have.
