A few important notes:
This Pump is typically Shipped with UPS Ground but we do reserve the right to choose a different shipping method when we feel that it will be beneficial to the product arriving in a safe and timely manner. The package will be insured so you will have to sign for the delivery. Choose a shipping address that will have someone present to sign for the package. You only have 7 days for any type of shipping damage claim. Please thoroughly inspect your pump upon arrival and notify us immediately with pictures if anything arrives damaged. If damaged has occurred, you will be sent replacement parts to switch out.
These pumps do have a limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. The warranty is void with use of harsh chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite. We do recommend that you thoroughly run and test your pump with water only before using it with any chemicals. Any pump defects are typically noticeable within the first hour of testing. Leaks and issues that arise after testing are typically due to chemical use.
The pump does have a Max PSI rating of 290 but we recommend that you keep the pressure set below 250 PSI to maximize the pump life and decrease leaks. If using this pump with a proportioner / manifold system, make sure that you are using a minimum of a 3/4" metering valve that is not flow restrictive. Also, use a minimum of 25' of bypass hose with proportioner use.
Always Pull the trigger when starting & stopping your engine to prevent pressure spikes which could lead to premature leaks.
This is a very high volume pump. We recommend professional set/ up installation of plumbing. Make sure your hoses, wands, etc. all have adequate pressure ratings to accommodate this pump. Be aware that leaks can and will happen. Have proper materials on hand to clean up/ neutralize any chemicals spilled when a leak occurs.
